2. Online Bulletin Boards

• Qualboard™ is an online bulletin board platform where researchers and participants interact using asynchronous (not real-time) communication. In a discussion-like format, participants respond to questions from the moderator, as well as to comments (posts) from the other participants. An intuitive interface makes these discussion "threads" easy to follow.
• These discussions typically span 3-5 days, resulting in a very detailed, rich product that can be analyzed and mined for insights.
